Terms of Order & Sale
Please read carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, paying a deposit, or making full or partial payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
⸻
1. Product Appearance & Natural Variations
All Mika Atelier garments are individually crafted and not mass-produced.
Due to the nature of textiles and handmade production:
• Colour variation may occur between samples, images, and final garments
• Fabrics, lace, embroidery, linings, and trims may absorb dye differently, resulting in slight shade differences
• Lighting, photography, and screen settings may affect how colours appear
• Minor variations may occur in embroidery, lace patterns, embellishments, stitching, and fabric texture
• Materials or trims may occasionally be substituted with the closest available alternative
These are natural characteristics of bespoke and semi-bespoke garments and are not considered faults.
